Peter Pochmann founds Barten & Barten Unit 1 GmbH.

1992
With the introduction of the Topliner combine harvesters from Deutz-Fahr, the agency establishes "emotional advertising" in agricultural technology.

1993
The cooperation with Bayer begins. First product: Bayferrox colour pigments.

1994
The agency creates the AGROTRON tractor product brand for Deutz-Fahr and provides communications support for the biggest model change of all time.

1997
Peter Pochmann founds the Cologne Intertainment Agency (CIA), a specialist agency for event management.

1998
The cooperation with Westfalia Separator begins. One of the first projects: Introduction of the Leonardo milking robot.

1999
The cooperation with Mercedes-Benz Unimog begins.

2001
Peter Pochmann merges Barten & Barten Unit 1 GmbH with Cologne Intertainment Agency to form c.i.a. communications GmbH.

The agency is managing the Europe-wide launch of the new Unimog generation from Mercedes-Benz.

Cooperation with SAATEN-UNION, one of the leading seed growing companies in Europe, begins.

The agency was the global launch of Makroform GmbH. A joint venture of various polycarbonate sheet producers under the direction of Bayer Material Science.

2004
The cooperation with Förster-Technik GmbH, the world market leader for automatic young animal feeding, begins.

The cooperation with Vereinigte Hagelversicherung VVaG, Europe's leading insurance company for weather-related risks in agriculture, begins.

2005
The cooperation with Bayer CropScience begins. One of the first projects: Prosaro – The Precision Fungicide.

2006
Cooperation with QS – the testing system for safe food begins. First project: Introduction of fruit and vegetable activities.

2007
The agency is in charge of the relaunch from "Ernährungsdienst" to "agrarzeitung" of Deutscher Fachverlag.

The SAATEN-UNION rye campaign and the Vereinigte Hagelversicherung campaign are awarded the Deutscher Agrarmarketing-Preis.

2008
The agency is designing the brand change campaign from Westfalia Surge to GEA Farm Technologie.

2009
The Bayer CropScience Prosaro campaign and the SAATEN-UNION maize campaign are awarded the Deutscher Agrarmarketing-Preis.

The agency creates Secufarm. A product brand for Vereinigte Hagel's multi-peril insurance and manages the launch.

2010
Cooperation with LMS Agrarberatung/LUFA Rostock begins. Project: repositioning, new corporate design, market launch.

2011
c.i.a. communications GmbH becomes c.i.a.green communications GmbH.

The cooperation with SN Maschinenbau GmbH – world market leader for horizontally operating pouch packaging machines – begins.

The SAATEN-UNION Winter Cereals Campaign is awarded the Deutscher Agrarmarketing-Preis.
